The home features 8 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a 54-foot curved glass door that opens to an infinity pool, a $200,000 candy room, a 2,500-bottle wine room, an 18-seat screening room, a car lift, and a replica of James Dean’s motorcycle.
It was a 2014 record breaking $85 million listing that initiated a new era for Los Angeles luxury real estate, shifting the market toward ultra-luxury, fully staged, and amenity-rich spec homes.
